Richard Ballard is a Paris-based British artist, born in 1951 in Liverpool, England, and holds a BA in Fine Art (1972) from Manchester College of Art. Ballard’s work explores the fragile interplay of light and perception.

 
Artistic Style

 
Ballard’s works often depict landscapes, skies, and natural forms that hover in a blur of perceptual uncertainty, dissolving boundaries between abstraction and figuration.
